Bearing blocks
The four-row cone bearings are engineered to distribute the load effectively and optimize conveyor performance. While they improve efficiency, it’s important to note that additional shock absorbers may lead to slightly higher power consumption. During installation, the shaft needs to be thoroughly cleaned with an abrasive material or wire brush to facilitate smooth fitting of the new bearing block. Our polyamide-enclosed bearings are constructed from durable stainless-steel grade SS430. They are specifically designed for wet applications where regular conveyor cleaning is necessary.
